From Center Street in Orem, head east toward University Avenue and turn right. Continue to 3700 N, then turn right and make an immediate left onto Edgewood Drive (70 W). Look for the IV sign at the entrance and enter there. Our office is located in the first building on your right, on the second floor. Once upstairs, turn right.
